Where a resolution is available short of a filing, the work is a demand letter, a negotiation or a structured settlement. Where a matter has to be filed or defended, Liva Law handles selected civil litigation directly and works with trial counsel when the size or venue of a case calls for it. Limited scope representation is available where a business wants help with a specific stage rather than the whole case.

Resolution before filing

Limited scope engagements
Help with one discrete piece of a matter, such as drafting a response, preparing for a mediation or reviewing a proposed settlement, without a full representation.
